The Day Bella Adenuga Said “I Do” To Jameel Disu

Lagos stood still last Saturday April 17, as Bella Adenuga , favourite daughter of Chief Mike Anenuga, said the two precious words, ‘’I do’‘ to Jameel Olatokunbo Disu.
The star and celebrity studded ceremony took place at the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina.
The bride resplendent in a gorgeous white wedding dress was all smiles beside an equally debonaire groom, Jameel, who simply glowed with pride. The parents of the couple were not to be out done, as they shone in the red Asoke for the men, and nude colour lace for the women.
It was indeed a fairytale wedding with no expense spared.
General Ibrahim Babangida played a prominent role, as he signed the register along with the Alake of Egba Land, The Awujale, Oba Adetona.

Beyonce did not attend Bella Adenuga’s wedding, yet the wedding ceremony was remarkable.

American born singer, Beyonce Knowles popularly as Beyonce was not at the much talked about Bella Adenuga's wedding, but sure enough, there were a lot of top government dignitaries, traditional Royal fathers, as well as gatecrashers at the wedding of Bella Adenuga and Jameel Disu.

Beyonce was spotted at Hawaii beach vacationing with her family. This was contrary to the news widely publicized on cyberspace.

Ms. Bella Adenuga, the daughter of Globacom Boss, Dr. Mike Adenuga would be getting married to her long time boyfriend, Jameel Disu. Bella Adenuga can not wait to say "Goodbye to spinsterhood!  I am married and welcome to Marriage life."  The wedding preparation has begun after Bella and Jameel got a nod of approval from Bella’s father, Dr Adenuga Jnr.

The relationship of the duo had met a lot of resistance from Bella’s home front, but Bella’s father decided to soft pedal on the issue due to rumor making the rounds that Bella and Jameel may have legalized their union abroad following the engagement ring Jameel gave to Bella to propose to her last year.

Dr. Mike Adenuga fixed the month of April for the high-octane wedding. The family is pulling all the stops to make the wedding a grand event. The Adenuga family are known for not doing things in average measures. 

The frenzy of this wedding has literally caught up with captains of industries and celebrities.  Top dignitaries such as Ex-president Ibrahim Babangida Badamosi (IBB), Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona, and Alhaji Aliko Dangote have confirmed their presence for Bella Adenuga’s wedding.

Jameel and Bella have planned a classy party for that day. Bella has promised a big surprise for her guests on that day. 

Wedding Arrangements:

The pre-wedding part is being planned to hold at the Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, while the groom’s family are said to be sourcing for the Aso-Ebi for the wedding, which insiders alleged will have an exclusive package. The beautiful 'Aso-Ebi' is being distributed to families, friends, and business associates of the couples. The ‘Aso-Ebi' materials go for N240, 000, and the cheapest being N25, 000 chosen by Bella’s friends.

There are rumours that Dr. Mike Adenuga has hired American born singer, Beyonce Knowles popularly as Beyonce to perform at that wedding ceremony. Other international stars have been slated for wedding.

It has also been speculated that Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, who was full of praise of  Dr. Mike Adenuga in the media recently, is most likely to be on the bandstand.
