Inside Fights scores it 119-109 Mayweather

Official Decision: Floyd Mayweather Jr by unanimous decision 119-109, 119-109, 118-110

Larry Merchant gets into the ring and interviews Floyd. Mayweather says he turned offensive for the fans. He felt like he could have had the KO if he pushed the action earlier. He conceded that Mosley got the best of him in the second round. Merchant asks Floyd about a compromise in the Manny Pacquiao fight. Floyd praises Mosley for being a man and taking the tests. Merchant asks about the tests and Floyd lays it out clearly: If Manny takes the blood and urine tests then they have a deal. If not, then there is no fight. Floyd just wants an even playing field and feels that blood/urine tests are the only way to ensure the even playing field.

Merchant talks to Mosley. Mosley said he was too tight and only started looking for the big shots after the second round. Mosley admits he couldn’t adjust to Mayweather’s timing. Mosley is happy for the opportunity to fight tonight and hopes that Manny vs Floyd can be made. Merchant asks Mosley about his future and Mosley gives the standard “talk to my team” response.
